Return Policy

At Martin Metalwork LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we do have a few restrictions on returns to keep in mind:

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Returns are only accepted for items with a manufacturing defect. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, but we cannot accept returns due to a change of heart or circumstances beyond our control.

• The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

• Custom items are not eligible for returns. A custom item is any product that has been modified or customized in any way at the request of the customer, including but not limited to:

• Products with personalized engravings or inscriptions
• Products with custom dimensions or specifications
• Products with custom finishes or colors

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at martinmetalworkllc@gmail.com to request a return. We will review the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund or replacement product at our discretion.
