Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All products from Martin Metalwork are made, finished, or prepared in-house.

Non-Custom Items

Most non-custom orders ship within 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom fabricated items and made-to-order products typically require 3–6 weeks for production prior to shipment. Production timelines may vary depending on project complexity, powder coating requirements, material availability, and current shop workload.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS.

Larger or oversized items may ship separately or require freight delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather delays, carrier issues, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.


International Shipping

Select products may be available for international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

Martin Metalwork is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in Kentucky. If you are interested in local pickup, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will work with the carrier and determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Martin Metalwork is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Address changes requested after an order has shipped may not be possible and may result in additional carrier fees.


Custom Orders & Returns

Custom fabricated items, personalized products, and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.

Please review all dimensions, finishes, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
