For the MX5, two options to make it fit.
1. Purchase connector in addition to bracket.

2. OEM peg bracket connectors (piece the peg attaches to) will work with TS peg bracket assemblies with slight modification to connector. The alignment/ locking dowel holes will need to be drilled slightly larger on OEM connector to allow connector to seat fully to TS Peg Bracket Assembly. Total modification time, 60 seconds max.
